- Once order requirements are agreed upon, Anh Duong will provide an official quotation within 1–2 business days.
- The validity period of the quotation will be clearly stated in the official document.
2. Payment Policy
- Payment terms will be specified in detail in each quotation or contract.
- Conditions regarding deadlines, methods, and related costs will be agreed upon to suit each order and partner.
3. Quality Commitment

- We always strive to ensure on-time delivery and provide appropriate support for each order.
- In case of any technical defects caused by Anh Duong, we will promptly repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the client.
